The Grove Nursing Home, part of Walton Care Group is a privately run, fully compliant nursing home situated in the Rosegrove area of Burnley. The Grove prides itself on offering a friendly care environment whilst practicing a high standard of care. We cater for up to 39 residents with a variety of physical and mental support needs and our team of skilled and experienced staff are dedicated to providing the very highest standards of care. Key requirements :

You will need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Number and ideally with 1 years experience in adult care.

You will need to provide us with an enhanced DBS however if you have a portable DBS you can be fast-tracked through the recruitment process.

Job Description :

Delivering hands on nursing, safe administration of drugs, maintaining accurate records, complying to policies, procedures and guidelines of the company and governing bodies.

Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.

Leading, motivating and mentoring your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to contribute to the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.

Job Type:
Full time, permanent, 4 nights per week including some weekends, from 8pm to 8am
Salary: £17.75 per hour, £42,458 per annum
