Walton House Nursing and Care Home encourages and supports individuals to voice concerns and anxieties that they have which are related to the service provided.
You are advised to initially discuss your complaint with the nurse in charge. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the action or feel that the matter is serious you are advised to contact the Manager either verbally or in writing. The Directors David and Karen Haslam take complaints very seriously and will investigate your concerns and respond promptly. If your complaint concerns a staff member this will be handled in complete confidence or if you prefer, the member of staff concerned will be informed of the complaint.
If you feel that the complaint or concern has not been resolved you can refer this to our Regulatory Body at any time:
